General Returns Policy

Boots-UGG?is a genuine ugg boots brand made in Australia from 100% genuine sheepskin. We are not in any way affiliated with the US-based UGG?Australia (Deckers Outdoor) brand. Boots-UGG guarantees that your ugg boots are manufactured to the highest quality standards.

WITHIN AUSTRALIA:

You may return new items sold and fulfilled by Boots-UGG in an unworn condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Items should be returned in their original packaging. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. We will charge an admin fee of $15.00 if you return/exchange the item either because of simply changing your mind about the purchase or because you selected the incorrect size, style or colour.

INTERNATIONAL:

You may return new items sold and fulfilled by Boots-UGG in an unworn condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Items should be returned in their original packaging. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. We will charge an admin fee of $15.00 if you return the item either because of simply changing your mind about the purchase or because you selected the incorrect size, style or colour. In case of mind change about your purchase or if you chose the incorrect size, style or colour we will refund the item's purchase price but not the shipping cost.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Items that aren't in unworn condition refunds can not be given. For items returned more than 30 days after delivery no refund will be given.

How to Return Items

Returned items should be returned insured/ registered unused in its original packing to prevent against loss during shipping.include it with the exchange items and return them to the following address: Boots-UGG Return Centre,  Please include a copy of your invoice with a note explaining the reason for returning the item (please refer to our Exchanges policy below).

Exchanges

All our products are checked for faults before shipping. Should you nevertheless receive a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, we will pay the return shipping costs and ship out a new item free of charge to you. If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, subject to the terms of our General Returns Policy, once we receive the returned item then you can place another order for the item you wish to purchase.

Please note that it takes us 3 to 5 business days to process returns once they arrive at our Returns Center.
