REFUNDS & RETURNS
ll product returns are subject to Boots-UGG Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms and conditions.

PAYMENT

• You are required to pay on every order the specified price for the goods you order as well as all the delivery and handling fees as itemised a at checkout time.
• Your payment is processed securely using 128-bit encryption by PayPal, and your credit card details will not be stored by Boots-UGG .
• Payment must be received in full and before the goods are dispatched.
• All payments are shown in Australian Dollars.

YOUR ACCOUNT
Your account login details must be kept secret and not provided to anyone else.  Boots-UGG will not accept responsibility for unauthorised use of your username and password details by a third party.  You hereby agree to indemnify Boots-UGG in connection with any authorised or unauthorised use of your user name or password.
UGGYS reserves the right to  cancel your account at any time without notice.

PRODUCTS
Boots-UGG endeavvours to provide accurate and up to date product descriptions and images, however owing to supplier variations products may vary slightly from those shown. Additionally, small imperfections may appear in the sheepsking hide of the shoes provided.  These are natural and make your product unique, and not flaws in the manufacturing process.

TAXES
All prices are listed inclusive of GST, and GST is charged on orders delivered outside of Australia.
International orders may be subject to local import taxes/duties in your country. Import taxes, if applicable to your country, are your responsibility to be settled with your local customs authority, and are not paid for by Boots-UGG.

DELIVERY AND ORDER

• All orders placed through this web site are subject to confirmation and acceptance by Boots-UGG.
• Boots-UGG may vary prices on reasonable prior notice to you.
• Boots-UGG or its agent, will deliver goods you order to the address you specify in your order, subject to their availability. Where the goods are not available you will be notified of this by Boots-UGG as soon as possible. Anyone at the delivery address who receives the goods will be presumed by Boots-UGG to be authorised to receive the goods.
• If your goods include products in respect of which the law prescribes a minimum age for purchase, you must be over the age of 18 years (or such other minimum age as is prescribed by the law), and you must ensure that a person over that age is available to accept delivery of the goods. Boots-UGG may refuse to deliver goods, if the person receiving goods is unable or unwilling to provide evidence of proof of age.
• If there is no-one at the delivery address, or no-one of the appropriate age to receive and pay for the order,Boots-UGG may charge you additional delivery fees.
• Once the goods are delivered to you, you will own them and it is your responsibility if they are lost or damaged.
• Boots-UGG reserves the right to restrict sales to retail quantities, when supplying resellers and distributors.
• As a general rule we do not ship goods to the PO Boxes. If you have special delivery requirements, please contact us for further information.
• Any order cancellations will incur a $15 cancellation fee to cover administrative overheads. Cancellation requests after the dispatching of goods will be treated in accordance with Boots-UGG Returns Policy.
• Boots-UGG uses reputable and reliable delivery services to make sure that you get your order as quickly as possible. However, Boots-UGG is not responsible for delayed deliveries or deliveries to the wrong address. Should any delivery problems be encountered, we will do our best to resolve the problem and get your order to you as quickly as possible.
